This is where you start.

The Tabletop Method is our structured way to introduce you to our studio in a way that feels clear, supported and easy to begin.

It is designed for anyone starting or returning to movement who wants consistency and guidance from the very beginning.

We do not offer one size fits all or cheap intro packages. We are intentional with how people begin their movement journey because we have seen how often generic introductory offers fail to build lasting routine elsewhere.

Most of our clients attend anywhere from 2 to 5 times per week depending on their goals, lifestyle and previous movement experience.

 

The Tabletop Method is built around the understanding that movement is not one size fits all. Rather than forcing everyone into the same routine, we take a more intentional approach and guide you towards the frequency and structure that best supports your body and lifestyle.

This is not something you start and stop. The Tabletop Method is designed to become part of your routine.
